| PRACTICE | The University Second Building
Add. Dittrichring 21, 04107 Leipzig GERMANY Tel. 49-(0)341-2144808 Participants will be able to use a practice room at 09:00 - 18:00 everyday at the second building of the University. The participants will exchange their Name Tag for the practice room key and vice versa after finishing their practice. Further detailed information on using the practice room will be informed at Registration Desk at the University Main Building. It is 15 minutes walk distance between the University Main Building and the Second Building. |

Active : EUR 590 Includes: - 4 one-hour lessons* - Free use of practice rooms - Chance to get involved in chamber music - Admission free for concerts inside the university - Discounted tickets for concerts outside the university - Admission free to other official events of the festival - Many chances to play at various concerts * Exception : The participant for Prof. Karl-Heinz Kaemmerling's class will receive 3 lessons(40 minutes per once) and everyday class concerts. Passive : EUR 350 Includes: - Audit lessons - Admission free for concerts inside the university - Discounted tickets for concerts outside the university - Admission free to other official events of the festival |

| CHAMBER MUSIC | The lesson for Chmber Music
will be done everyday except sunday. The start date of lesson is the
first-week Tuesday of each session. The chamber music will be concluded
by the Participants Chamber Music Concert, which will be held on the
second-week Thursday of each session. The participant who will attend the chamber music class must apply for this class when they fill out the application form. |

| ACCOMMODATIONS | Students
House Single room is available at EUR 150~200 for one month. There is almost no difference between two weeks and one month. All booking process should be done by student. Euro Arts does not make any arrangements. To book a room at the Students House of Leipzig, a student should
contact directly Mr. Tienz who is in charge at the Students House

| REGISTRATION | Participants are recommended to register at the academy office at the University main building on the start date of each session. The participants will receive their name tag as well as further important information. | |
| DIPLOMA | Active participants will receive a diploma at the end of the course. Passive participants can request the confirmation of participation. |

| REFUND POLICY | a. When unable to come because of an act of God b. When a course is cancelled by the organizer c. If the course is already full of registrants No refund will be available except (b) and (c). |
