CONCERTS	Various Concerts are held everyday, including: - Opening Concert - Professors Concert - Young Artists Concert - International Competition Prize Winner Concert - The Distinguished Participants Concert - Concert with Professors and Participants - Participants Chamber Music Concert - Various Academy Concerts like Class Concert

COURSE FEE (Per session)	Active : EUR 590 Includes: - 4 one-hour lessons - Admission free for concerts inside the music school - Discount tickets for concerts outside the music school - Admission free to other classes of the festivals * Exception : Each participant for Prof. Karl-Heinz Kaemmerling's class will receive 3 x 40 minutes-lessons and class concert held everyday. Accompanying Person : EUR 150 * Accompanying person of an active participant shall pay only the registration fee EUR 150. Auditor : EUR 250 Includes: - Audit lessons - Admission free for concerts inside the music school - Discount tickets for concerts outside the music school Chamber Music Duo : EUR 450 (per person) Ensemble : EUR 400 (per person) * If an active participant shall apply also for a chamber music course in the same session, he/she can take part in the chamber music course at EUR 250. If an active participant shall apply for only chamber music in a different session, he/she shall pay the regular fee described above(Duo EUR 450 / Ensemble EUR 400)

HOW TO GET TO KLOSTERNEUBURG	The nearest International Airport from Klosterneuburg: Vienna Schwechat International Airport By public transportation : It takes about one hour By Taxi : 35~40 minutes You can take a train from Vienna Airport(Flughafen Wien) - Local Train S7 to Landstrasse/Wien Mitte - Underground U4 to Heiligenstadt - Bus to Klosterneuburg/Kierling (bus no.239 or no.238). Klosterneuburg is a city in Lower Austria, located on the Danube, immediately north of Vienna, from which it is separated by the Kahlenberg and the Leopoldsberg.

REGISTRATION	Participants are recommended to register at the academy office at the Music School on the start date of each session. The participants will receive their name tag as well as further important information.

PRACTICE	The practice shall be done in the Student-Hostel: - String and Woodwind participants should practice at their own rooms. - Piano participants shall practice at piano-practice rooms. - Chamber music practice and lessons are also done at the practice/lesson rooms located in the Student-Hostel.

DIPLOMA	Active participants will receive a diploma at the end of the course. Passive participants can request the confirmation of participation.

REFUND POLICY	Course Fee a. When unable to come because of an act of God b. When a course is cancelled by the organizer c. If the course is already full of registrants No refund will be available except (b) and (c). Accommodation Fee a. Cancellation until May 28th 2010: The paid amount will be refunded with a deduction of EUR 50. b. Cancellation after May 28th 2010: No refund will be possible. All refunds will be processed after the festival. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

REMARKS	Participant is done at one's own risk. All participants are strongly recommended to have their own insurances. The organizer will take no liability under any circumstances.
