She
is a faculty member and a founder of the Keshet Eilon Violin Mastercourse.
Born in Bucharest, Ani began performing at age 7. Moving to Israel,
she continued her studies with Felix Andrievsky at the Rubin Academy
of Music, Tel Aviv University, and at the Royal College of Music,
London.
From the Great Hall of Moscow Conservatoire to Carnegie Hall, she
has performed with major orchestras and in recital worldwide and
has recorded for radio and TV, including a unique BBC series of
all of Bartok's works for violin and piano.
She has played at the Bath, Bergen, Lake District, Windsor, Moscow
and Bowdoin music festivals.
In addition to her busy concert schedule, Ani is in demand as a
professor of violin at the Royal College of Music, London, gives
masterclasses around the world, and has served as a juror in numerous
international competitions.
She is founder and artistic director of the New Virtuosi Mastercourse
and Festival, Italy.
She plays a J.B. Guadagnini violin c.1745 on loan from the Royal
College of Music Instrument Collection.
