		Hyun Gon Kim Clarinetist Hyun Gon Kim graduated from Seoul Arts School, Seoul National University of Music, and Munich Musikhochschule with Meister Klasse Diploma. He won several renowned national competitions including Yonsei University Competition, Dong-A Competition. He was awarded 'Korean Music Award' by Korean Music Association and 'National Music Award' by Korea Music Critics Association in 1997 He was invited to perform to numerous national music festivals such as Korea Music Festival, Seoul Arts Center Festival, KBS Music Festival, KBS Symphony Festival. And he has appeared as a soloist with several orchestras like KBS Symphony Orchestra, Suwon City Orchestra, Seoul Symphony Orchestra, KBS Korean-Traditional Music Orchestra, Moscow Chamber Orchestra, Paris Chamber Orchestra and Orchestras of several cities like JeonJu, DaeJeon, KangReung, KwangJu and Kumho String Quartet. As a chamber musician, he has lots of activities and he is leader of Seoul Wind Quartet, Charity Chamber Ensemble and Seoul Clarinet Ensemble. He was principal clarinetist of KBS Symphony Orchestra and was professor of Seoul National University of Music.
